The ultimate smoothie mash-up just happened!
Here at AN we are always trying new ways to get creative in the kitchen. And we think our Strawberry Pancake Smoothie would have to be one of our most imaginative - and delish!
Basically we took the sweet flavour of ol' fashioned pancakes and added a very modern (and Activated Nutrients-style) twist! Just see if you can resist!
Strawberry Pancake Protein Smoothie
¾ cup frozen sliced strawberries
1 scoop Activated Nutrients Build Up Vanilla Protein
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup plain yogurt, vanilla yogurt (no added sugar) or coconut yogurt
1 cup milk of choice (soy, almond, dairy, etc.)
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/8 teaspoon almond extract
1. Blitz all ingredients together in a blender until smooth
2. Top with slices of strawberry and a sprinkle of cinnamon
