Orange & Poppyseed Protein Bites

Ingredients

¾ - 1 cup of almond meal (you may need more or less depending on consistency)
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
2 tablespoons hot almond milk or hot water
1 cup mashed banana (approx 2 medium bananas)
1 tablespoon fine orange zest
1 Scoop Tone Up Coconut Protein

Method

Mash the bananas up until smooth, add the almond meal, orange zest, vanilla essence and protein powder and mix
Add the hot almond milk (or water) and poppyseeds and mix to form a dough. Depending on the mixtures consistency add more almond meal to form a harder dough
Roll into balls and store in the fridge
