Want brekky to look a little flashier tomorrow morning? Then try the ultimate Activated Nutrients parfait. And even though it's super simple to assemble, don't be afraid to get even more 'jazz' and improvise your own mix! Likewise quantities are really up to you!


  • Yoghurt
  • Muesli
  • Fresh and frozen berries (blueberries and raspberries were used in this recipe)
  • Banana chips
  • Grow Up (to sprinkle)

Go spoon for spoon with the yoghurt and muesli layers, adding in a frozen berry layer and topping it all with a dollop of yoghurt, banana chips and that sweet sprinkle of Grow Up!
