We're long-time smoothie bowl fans, but this is our very first smoothie bowl recipe!

It's a scrumptious creation, featuring a freezing cold peanut butter and blueberry smoothie boosted with our Daily Protein, addictive homemade peanut butter balls and a drizzle of quick wholefood copy cat "magic shell" chocolate sauce that hardens on contact with the smoothie.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Power Smoothie Bowl
makes one small smoothie bowl

Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie
1 ripe banana
1 scoop Activated Nutrients Raw Cacao Daily Protein
½ cup frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon peanut butter
½ cup milk of your choice

Peanut Butter Balls
2 tablespoons almond meal
2 teaspoons peanut butter
1 date, pitted


Chocolate Drizzle
1 teaspoon cacao powder
1 tablespoon coconut oil,
1 teaspoon maple syrup


1. Make your peanut butter balls first - just blitz ingredients together in a food processor and roll into balls of varying sizes
2. Next, make your chocolate drizzle - melt your coconut oil in a small microwave safe bowl (microwave on high for 20 seconds), then add the cacao powder and maple syrup
3. Now for the smoothie! Blitz all ingredients in the blender until smooth then pour into your bowl
4. Arrange the peanut butter balls around the bowl, scatter some frozen berries around the surface and top with a drizzle of chocolate sauce!
