There are bliss balls and then there are bliss balls. You know what we mean - some bliss balls kinda don't deserve the title, but these for sure do!
Made out of very healthy ingredients, they are an excellent lunchbox treat for anyone who loves to eat - that means YOU!
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 2-3 dates
- Coconut oil (start with 1 tablespoon)
- 2 teaspoons Grow Up
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate buttons
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Whizz all the ingredients in your food processor. Check the consistency by forming some of the mixture into a small ball - if it doesn't hold its shape add that extra date and whizz again.
Form balls from the mix and place in the fridge to keep cool! Enjoy at your leisure!
