As an ‘ageing beauty’ I know what it’s like to have had incredible skin once upon a time. Of course at the time I didn’t know I had incredible skin. But now I do. That’s because my skin is telling me that things have changed - time has wrought some devastating effects on my visage and none of them are good. Fine lines, dryness and eye bags are my constant companions and I have spent a great deal of time thinking about them, trying to soften them, cover them up or blast them away. Now I have a new weapon - Top Up Women’s Superfood.

Yep, Top Up Women’s Superfood is the latest and greatest addition to my skin care routine. And no, I’m not slathering it on my face, I’m drinking it. LOTS of it. The reason? Research shows that getting keeping and good skin is as much about what you put into your body as on it.

Vitamin C

Just 2 tsp of Top Up Women’s Superfood provides a third of the recommended daily intake of vitamin C.
