COCONUT MANGO LASSI - YOUR PERFECT SUMMER SIP!

Imagine sipping on one of these as the temperature soars and you'll cool at the thought. Drink one for real and you'll have it made in the shade! All it takes is a couple of minutes and a thirst for flavour.

Ingredients:

2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup (125g) natural coconut yoghurt
2 cups (300g) frozen fresh or chopped mango
2 tbsp Tone Up coconut protein powder
Makes: 2 generous serves

Method:

Step 1
Pop all your ingredients into your blender

Go ahead and blitz it!
Step 3
Garnish with shredded desiccated coconut if you want to impress yourself!
