These protein balls are brilliant. They taste A LOT like carrot cake - creamy, slightly sweet and the perfect texture.

Our Vanilla Bean Daily Protein is perfect in this snack; not only does it take the flavour to the next level, it also boosts these balls with plant-based protein from Amazonian sacha inchi and pea. 

Our Carrot Cake Protein Balls are vegan, naturally sweetened with dates and apple, easy to make and super tasty. 

Carrot Cake Protein Balls 
makes 12 balls

½ cup cashews (raw or roasted) 
¼ cup applesauce 
½ cup oats 
1 scoop Activated Nutrients Vanilla Bean Daily Protein 
½ cup soft dates, pitted 
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 
1/8 teaspoon cloves 
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg 
1/4 cup chopped walnuts 
½ cup grated carrot

1. Combine cashews, applesauce, pats, protein, dates, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg in a food processor and blend until well combined into a paste 
2. Add walnuts and grated carrot and pulse a few times until the walnuts and carrot is incorporated 
3. Roll into 12 balls and store in the refrigerator in an airtight container
