SMOOTHIE BALL RECIPE FOR SUPER-QUICK SMOOTHIES

These smoothie balls are... well, they're life changing.

They make life extra easy by putting all the fiddly ingredients in one place. These balls have our Daily Superfood for Women or Daily Superfood for Men, coconut oil, peanut butter and flax seed OR our Raw Cacao Daily Protein. Throw one ball into the blender with a frozen banana, water/milk and yogurt and BOOM - smoothie done.

Make them part of your meal prep each week to make your morning smoothie as hassle-free as possible!

Activated Nutrients Superfood Smoothie Ball Recipe 
makes 7 balls (multiply ingredients to make in bulk)

7 teaspoons Activated Nutrients Daily Superfood for Men or Daily Superfood for Women 
2 teaspoons peanut butter 
2 teaspoons coconut oil, melted 
3 tablespoon ground flax seed or Activated Nutrients Raw Cacao Daily Protein 
1 teaspoon cacao powder

1. Blitz together in the food processor (or you can mix by hand - just put some oomph into it!) 
2. Roll the mixture into 7 balls (they’ll be 10g each) 
3. Place the balls in an airtight container and keep them in the refrigerator or freezer (if you make them in bulk, definitely store in the freezer) 
4. When you need to make a smoothie, throw one bomb into the blender with your favourite smoothie ingredients. We like to do one frozen banana,  1/4 cup of baby spinach, 1/4 of yogurt and about 1/3 cup milk or water!
