Need a quality energy boost in a hurry?

To power up for his day, every morning, our resident Naturopath and Nutrition Scientist, Benjamin Makeham, starts his day with a smoothie. It’s such an easy way to pack in so many different nourishing ingredients for a real energy kick.

Simply whiz all the following ingredients in your blender:

  • 1 cup soy milk;
  • 3 tablespoon Greek yoghurt;
  • 1 banana;
  • 3-4 strawberries;
  • And, of course, 2 teaspoons of Power Up.
