The presents and cheer and family togetherness is all well and good. But the BEST thing about Christmas is the gingerbread!

To celebrate the festive season, we've put together a yummy recipe for Gingerbread Protein balls, featuring our Vanilla Bean Daily Protein.

Gingerbread Protein Balls
makes 8-10 balls

4 Medjool dates, pitted
½ cup pecans
2 tablespoons almond butter
2 scoops vanilla protein
¼ teaspoons finely grated ginger
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
½ teaspoon cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon cloves

1. Put all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until combined into a paste
2. Roll into 8-10 balls and store in the refrigerator
