Looking for something a little bit different for your next meal prep session? Our Chickpea "Cookie Dough" Protein Balls are a snappy little snack, packed with plant protein and prebiotic power.

Chickpea "Cookie Dough" Protein Balls

1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
3 tablespoons cashew or almond butter
3 tablespoons agave syrup
2 tablespoons coconut flour
2 tablespoons milk of choice
Pinch of salt
½ cup walnuts
1 scoop Activated Nutrients Vanilla Bean Daily Protein powder
3 tablespoons cacao nibs


1. Blitz all ingredients except cacao nibs in a food processor until completely combined
2. Stir in cacao nibs
3. Roll into balls and place in the refrigerator to set for 30 minutes

Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days or the freezer for up to 2 weeks
