Since receiving my first pack of Top Up, there hasn’t been a single day I have gone without a morning shake (My recipe below). It has been one year since starting and my health has taken a complete 180. Starting everyday with the perfect balance of nutrients has become my secret weapon at work and my everyday life. I went from feeling like junker car to a Ferrari! My energy lasts throughout the day, I go into work with mental clarity, I sleep so much better and I now finally know what it means to have a healthy gut and how that can transform your life.
My advice, is find a routine that works for you! I have a little ninja blender with a travel cup that is incredibly easy to blend and get on the road. The product can be mixed and enjoyed just in water (that’s how my father takes it) but I have found that shakes work for me :)
Here’s my daily recipe: 1/2 cup oat milk 🥛, 3/4 cup of water, 1/2 avocado 🥑, x1 banana 🍌, 1/2 cup spinach, a few pieces of frozen cauliflower, x2 dashes of pink Himalayan salt, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1 large scoop of protein powder, 1 scoop of Activated Nutrients and lions mane! Sometimes I swap ingredients for blueberries and oranges but for the most part this is what I stick to! It’s perfectly filling to start your day without leaving you heavy feeling or underfed. I freeze all of my ingredients except for the liquids to preserve freshness and highly recommend!
