1 Can Coconut Milk (Shake Then Pour)
1/2 Cup Raw Coconut Water (Optional)
2 Teaspoons Fresh Lime Juice
1 Banana Peeled Frozen or Fresh
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
Maple Syrup (To Taste)
1 Scoop of Coconut Daily Protein
Slice of Pineapple
A Dusting of Shredded Coconut
